At Veraspec, we prioritize safety and quality in all our operations. Our team is committed to ensuring that our high-rise building facade inspection, repair, and cleaning services are accessible and efficient. We adhere to industry standards and regulations to provide a superior service experience.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Veraspec is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible, inclusive, and usable for all people, including those with disabilities. We aim to ensure that everyone can access information about our building inspection, facade management, and compliance services across Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

Our accessibility standards

We are working to align our website and digital content with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, aiming for Level AA conformance. These internationally recognised guidelines explain how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Legal context: Australia and UAE

In Australia, our accessibility efforts support the objectives of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), which requires that people with disabilities have equal access to information and online services wherever it is reasonable to provide this.

In the United Arab Emirates, we recognise and support the broader national goals of inclusion and accessibility for people of determination, and we seek to ensure our digital services are consistent with international best practice, including WCAG-based standards.

What we are doing

To improve accessibility, Veraspec is:

  • Designing and developing new website features with accessibility in mind from the outset

  • Reviewing our existing content and templates to address issues that may create barriers for users

  • Using clear headings, consistent navigation, and readable text to support screen reader users and people with cognitive or visual impairments

  • Continually iterating on our digital experience as standards and user needs evolve

Known limitations

We are aware that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Examples may include:

  • Older PDF documents that are not fully tagged for screen readers

  • Occasional contrast issues in legacy content or imagery

  • Third-party plugins or embedded content that we do not fully control

We are prioritising remediation of these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility roadmap. If you encounter any barriers, please let us know so we can address them.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Veraspec’s website. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, using a feature, or require information in an alternative format, please contact us:

Australian Office:

UAE Office:

When you contact us, please describe:

  • The page or feature where you experienced the issue (including URL if possible)

  • The type of assistive technology, browser, or device you are using

  • Any steps that may help us reproduce the problem

We will review your request and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, including providing the requested information in an accessible format where feasible.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment for Veraspec, not a one-off project. We will continue to review our website and digital services regularly, update them to reflect evolving best practices and standards, and work with our partners to improve accessibility for users across Australia and the UAE.
