Our Work
Our work showcases Veraspec’s depth of expertise across façade engineering, building envelope consultancy and remediation projects delivered throughout Australia. Each project reflects our practical, risk‑led approach to façade health and façade care - combining technical rigour, constructability and long‑term asset performance to address complex façade challenges. The following selection provides a snapshot of how we partner with owners, facility managers and project teams to protect building integrity, extend façade life and deliver compliant, cost‑effective outcomes across a range of asset types.

JLL
Central Plaza One Brisbane
Veraspec successfully delivered a 3-year Capex facade repair program for Central Plaza One, Brisbane’s iconic skyscraper and former tallest building, featuring its unique rotating BMU for high-rise window cleaning. Our engineers divided the facade into prioritised risk zones, cross-referenced defects against existing reports, and executed complex high-rise repairs using rope access, glazing teams, and specialist BMU operations - all with zero safety incidents. The project’s success has secured multiple follow-on contracts from CBRE, who value our proven engineering expertise, safety systems, and ability to manage demanding facade works on live commercial assets.
Crown Resorts Limited
Crown Casino Melbourne
Veraspec successfully executed two high-risk facade panel replacements for this landmark gaming and entertainment complex. The first panel required coordinated use of a boom lift and crane for safe access and precise positioning, while the second leveraged specialised rigging equipment and the building’s Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) to complete the works efficiently in a challenging high-rise environment.

Sydney Opera House Trust
Sydney Opera House
Veraspec was proud to partner with ARUP’s facade engineering team on a specialist project at the Joan Sutherland Theatre. Our qualified glazing technicians used rope access (abseiling) to safely reach difficult locations, delivering targeted waterproofing treatments and the careful removal and installation of heritage-listed glass, preserving both functionality and the iconic architectural beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
GPT Group
Melbourne Central Tower
Veraspec re-glazed 45 triangular roof panels and replaces ~50 depressurised DGUs annually, using a custom gantry crane over a roof void to avoid disrupting Elizabeth Street traffic (instead of street-level cranes). Night works minimised tenant/public impact, while precise colour/coating matching preserved the heritage glazing's visual uniformity and energy performance against moisture/mould issues.
